How exactly does the credit system work?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of CV analyses, quizzes, and voice interviews. Analyzing one CV uses 1 CV credit; a completed interview uses 1 interview credit. You can see your remaining balance anytime under "Settings > Plan & Usage" in your dashboard.
What happens if I hit my limit?
No dead ends: when you try to run an action, the system tells you exactly where you stand and offers two options — upgrade to a higher plan, or buy just the add-on you need (e.g. +10 interviews for $6). Your credits renew at the start of the month anyway.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
Plan credits do not roll over; they renew at full limit at the start of each month. That keeps pricing predictable. Add-on pack credits are added to the current month.
How do payments work?
We currently work with bank transfer: pick your plan at sign-up, receive payment details by email once your account is approved, and your plan activates within minutes after payment. Automatic credit card billing is coming soon.
What if I want to change or cancel my plan?
No commitment. Upgrade, downgrade, or walk away any month — you only pay for the current month.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT (+20%). Business customers can typically deduct the VAT on their invoice.
Why are voice interview credits more valuable than the others?
A voice interview is a 10-20 minute live conversation with real-time AI — our most compute-intensive feature. CV analyses and quizzes are much lighter operations, so we kept those limits generous.
